Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

·         Refunds are available only under specific circumstances where the service provided falls short of the agreed terms.

·         Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service delivery or payment date, whichever is earlier.

·         Refunds will not be provided for services that have been fully delivered or if the client fails to follow provided instructions or guidelines.

 

2. Non-Refundable Services

·         Consultation fees, service charges, and processing fees are non-refundable.

·         Any services already rendered or where significant work has been done are not eligible for refunds.

 

3. Refund Process

·         To request a refund, please email our support team at contact@project8india.com with your transaction details and reason for requesting the refund.

·         Refund requests will be evaluated within 14 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome.

·         If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

4. Disputes

·         If a refund is denied and you wish to contest it, you can raise a dispute by contacting our customer support team at contact@project8india.com.

·         All disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Cancellations

·         Clients can cancel their services within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided no work has commenced.

·         If work has started, only a partial refund may be provided based on the portion of work completed.
